This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional with
experience in all aspects of accounting. The position will be
responsible for handling the month-end close of multiple books,
related variance analysis, oversee journal entries, cash
management, and preparation of annual budgets for multiple
Homeowner Associations.
Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Prepare numerous Financial Statements for Homeowner Association
clients on a monthly basis
- Reconcile numerous bank accounts as part of the monthly financial
statements
- Answer questions related to the financials from various team
members and clients
- Renew Matured Certificates of Deposit
- Open and Close Bank Accounts
- Assist auditors with annual audit and tax preparation
- Maintain General Ledgers
- Reserve Reallocations - Calculate and record reallocation
- Prepare budgets for multiple Homeowner Associations annually
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Encourage internal and external collaboration
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 2 years accounting experience required
- HOA (property management) accounting experience a plus
- Advanced accounting and analytical abilities a plus
- Must be proficient in Excel and possess knowledge of automated
environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management
- Critical thinking & problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

copies, process mail, etc.

coordination
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close
vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus
