We are currently seeking an experienced & successful Automotive Accounting Clerk that displays strong attention to detail to join our team. Your strong work ethics and desire to contribute to both company and personal growth will make you an ideal candidate.QualificationsPrior automotive dealership experience and Dealertrack is a plus but not a must.Professional appearance and business etiquette.Excellent customer service and communication, and organization skills.Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environmentExcellent computer, math, and verbal skillsPrevious customer service, collection, or accounting experiencePositive attitudeSelf-motivated and diligentNot eligible for remote workTasks and DutiesTimely posting of accounts payable invoices and matching PO"s to invoices to maintain accuracyReviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.Responsible for vendor and client management including, but not limited to answering all vendor or client inquiries and reconciliation as well as general ledger balance.Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and company accounts payable files.Reconcile schedulesReconcile vendor statements to invoices posted and authorized for paymentProcess trade payoffsetc This job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones that the employee may be required to perform.
