Job Description:
A company is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to support
small and medium-sized business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full bookkeeping process for multiple clients, including
accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and
financial reporting
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with
payroll processing and reporting requirements
Collaborate with clients to collect documentation, resolve
discrepancies, and prepare financial statements
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably
with multiple clients
Strong understanding of GAAP, accrual and cash accounting, and
small business financial operations
High proficiency with QuickBooks Online; experience with Xero or
other platforms is a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
(preferred)
Reliable access to a computer and internet, with a commitment to
confidentiality and data security best practices
