Position Summary We are seeking full-time or part-time motivated, high?energy, highly professional front office team members to help support our patients and maintain smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, patient?focused, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional front?desk experience. This role involves phones, scheduling, insurance management, appeals, patient ledgers, eClaims, and financial coordination. Key Responsibilities Answer phones with professionalism; schedule and confirm appointments. Verify insurance benefits, submit claims, manage Claims, process appeals, and complete pre?authorizations Maintain accurate patient ledgers, post payments, manage deposits, and assist with day?end balancing Chart audits and follow-ups. Weekly and monthly report reviews. Utilize Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and claims workflows Support treatment?plan presentation and financial arrangements Assist with recall/recare, new patient intake, and daily communication with the clinical team Maintain a dependable, positive, patient?focused front office environment We Prefer Spanish/English bilingual (required) Experience with Dentrix or strong dental software proficiency Understanding of dental insurance, claim cycles, EOBs, and appeals Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and follow?through A positive, motivated, high?energy attitude and strong integrity in all interactions What We Offer We provide a supportive, growth?oriented environment where teamwork and integrity matter.
