Kisco Senior Living is hiring a Food & Beverage Director for Crestavilla, a Kisco Senior Living community. The Food & Beverage Director hires, leads and inspires an engaged team to produce excellent service while maintaining cleanliness and safety.
What will I do every day?

  Create an enriching and memorable dining experience
  
  
• 
  Creatively design menu items
  
  
• 
  Manage inventory control, functionality and dining/kitchen cleanliness
  
  
• 
  Interview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associates
  
  
• 
  Forecast and schedule necessary levels of staffing to ensure resident satisfaction and operational efficiency
  
  
• 
  Perform other related duties as required
