lead their Web Platform team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of engineers in front-end architecture and
design systems
Drive the development and implementation of front-end architecture
for high performance and scalability
Oversee the design and implementation of the design system Gamut
for a cohesive user experience
Required Qualifications
6+ years of professional engineering experience in web development,
focusing on front-end technologies
2+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams
Deep understanding of front-end architecture principles and design
patterns
Hands-on experience with React, Typescript, and design systems
Experience driving AI adoption using tools like Cursor and
Co-Pilot
