Job Description:

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager - Emerging Markets.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with sales teams to enhance post-sales Account Management
Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers
Identify upsell opportunities and manage the renewal process for enterprise contracts

Qualifications

BA/BS required
Minimum 8 years of experience in Account Management, including 3 years as a Strategic Account Manager
Experience managing complex enterprise accounts at various organizational levels
Proven track record of quota achievement
Salesforce knowledge and SaaS background preferred
