Job Description:

We're hiring a motivated Property Management Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include a wide variety of duties such as keeping track of all short-term vacation rental reservations, monitoring and notifying Guests and property Owners of upcoming bookings. Additionally, you will be inspecting properties, scheduling cleaners, and processing bookings on Airbnb and VRBO. You'll also support the Vacation Rental Manager with various duties. Responsibilities:

--- Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized
--- Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
--- Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
--- Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
--- Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner


Qualifications:

--- Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
--- Previous experience in the real estate industry
--- Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends
--- Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
--- Great written and verbal skills
