Job Description:
A company is looking for an SBA Portfolio Manager II responsible
for maintaining and monitoring the existing SBA loan portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage SBA Past Dues up to 60 days and work with the workout
manager for transitions
Field loan advances/payments and respond to issues per SBA SOP
guidelines
Assist with monitoring portfolio health and track project and
financial reporting requirements
Required Qualifications
3+ years' experience in the SBA lending department
Knowledge of SBA 7a and USDA programs
Familiarity with SBA Standard Operating Procedures, including
servicing SOP
Ability to work in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment
Experience in interfacing with various stakeholders in the loan
process
