Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director IT Quality Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement test automation best practices and
strategies
Lead collaboration with stakeholders to ensure consistent test
automation within the SDLC/Agile process
Manage team performance, resources, and vendor relationships
effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer
science, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
15+ years of relevant Information Technology experience
8+ years of experience leading teams in multiple locations,
including offshore
Experience with SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, or cloud-native technologies
preferred
Strong foundational knowledge in quality engineering practices and
test automation
