Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Associate Technical
Account Management for the East region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Associate TAMs to drive customer
adoption and success
Champion the voice of the customer and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to enhance regional customer success
Own key performance indicators related to customer health,
adoption, and retention while promoting the full adoption of the
platform
Required Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity, containers, or
cloud computing
Knowledge of cloud computing with hands-on experience in building
and operating cloud infrastructure
Proven track record of engaging with senior-level customers in
Customer Success or related roles
Experience managing customer escalations and balancing expectations
with business requirements
Strong understanding of cloud platform features and best practices
for security
