Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team in achieving renewal quotas and managing forecasts
Drive revenue impact by minimizing financial attrition and ensuring
timely renewals
Provide coaching and support to Customer Renewal Managers and
collaborate with regional teams
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent global experience
3-5+ years of leadership experience in Renewals, Sales, or Account
Management
Proven track record of overachievement in quotas and KPIs
Experience in managing high-volume business and negotiating complex
agreements
Strong analytical skills for managing and tracking renewal data
