Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and manage the HR
team
Lead recruitment efforts and ensure effective onboarding and
training programs
Ensure compliance with HR regulations and manage employee
relations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5
years in a leadership role
7 years of GovCon experience with the SCA and DBA
Experience managing HR across multiple states and knowledge of
state-specific employment laws
Proven experience with HRIS systems and a high level of comfort
with technology
