Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Technical Support
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple IT support teams servicing lab
environments and test systems
Ensure efficient operations of servers, workstations, and software
across locations
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and meet service-level
expectations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
8+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years managing
technical support or IT operations teams
Proven experience supporting lab/test environments or R&D
systems
Strong understanding of server/workstation hardware, Windows/Linux
systems, and remote support technologies
Ability to obtain suitability for a security clearance
