Job Description:
A company is looking for an Area Director responsible for
leading a team to fulfill its mission of introducing kids to Jesus
Christ and supporting their spiritual growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead spiritual development and foster relationships within the
community
Recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers while providing
vision and direction
Manage fundraising efforts and public relations to support the
ministry's goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
College degree preferred
Completion of Core Training Phase One
Proven leadership and relational skills with youth and adults
A call to reach kids with the Gospel
Participation in ongoing training and personal development
programs
