Job DescriptionBusiness Management DirectorResponsibilities:

• Work directly with clients to manage their business functions and provide them with effective, efficient solutions.
• Financial reporting functions including monthly cash flows, contract analysis, and supervision of all functions relative to cash receipts and disbursements.
• Prepare client meeting packages regarding financial projections, financial investments, contracts, insurance analysis, and other matters.
• Manage employees to ensure they are accomplishing objectives and meeting productivity standards.
• Interview and oversee the onboarding and training for new staff.
• Assist with tax projections and year-end.
• Recruit and meet with prospective clients.Qualification requirements:
  • 5+ years of business management experience within the entertainment industry and/or with high net worth clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with a track record for managing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent research and writing skills.
  • CPA certification strongly preferred.
  • Portable book of business highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, DataFaction/AgilLink, and QuickBooks.
