nRedwood Terrace in Escondido, CA, one of 11 HumanGood life plan communities named among the 'Best Nursing Homes of 2021-2022' by US News & World Report, is hiring a Nurse supervisor RN.Under limited supervision, the Nurse Supervisor RN is responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.nKey duties and responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to:n* Ensuring a safe annnd healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents daily life rhythm.n* Supervising and coordinating nursing services for those accountable for resident care and satisfaction.nnn* Training team members accountable for the work units adherence to established policies and proceduresn* Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessmentsn* Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident caren* Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfactionn* Maintaining medical recordsnnTo be successful in the role, you would have:n* Current RN license (or obtaining within 90 days) in the state for which applyingn* Current CPR certificationn* Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferredn* New grads are welcome!nnnnWhat's in it for you?nnnHumanGood offers competitive pay and phenomenal benefits.
