Job Description:
A company is looking for a Louisiana Licensed Therapist - 100%
Remote (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, LPC).
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for
members
Conduct individual counseling and group therapy sessions with
adolescents and adults
Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare providers to
develop and document care plans
Required Qualifications
LCSW, LMFT, LPC with a Louisiana license
Preferred experience with substance abuse populations
Background in maternal and substance abuse preferred
Experience working with adults and adolescents
Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
