Job Description:
A company is looking for a PRN Utilization Review RN Acute
Care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct medical certification reviews for medical necessity in an
acute care setting
Collaborate with the access management team to provide clinical
information for authorization
Educate care team members on appropriate access to various levels
of care and promote evidence-based protocols
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active
unrestricted RN license in Texas
Five years of experience, including two years of clinical
experience and three years of recent utilization review
experience
Prior experience with Epic CCM
Active unrestricted RN license in the State of Texas
Acute care experience preferred
