streamline and improve daily operations for patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and optimize end-to-end system processes for Customer
Support and Billing teams
Manage the Nikohealth system and monitor order processing KPIs
Communicate product and process changes to relevant stakeholders
and ensure operational accuracy
Required Qualifications
Experience in healthcare operations
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations
management
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Strong reporting and presentation skills
