Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II to
support the 988 Lifeline Services.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with clients in a therapeutic manner and model effective
communication and coping skills
Assist clients in identifying personal recovery goals and develop
interventions based on their needs
Advocate for appropriate resources and refer clients to clinical
staff as needed
Required Qualifications
Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human
service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making
pressure
Experience in crisis intervention
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
Capable of working in a clean, well-lighted environment with
varying noise levels
