Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality
care to older adult patients through various therapeutic

Engage in community education on the importance of behavioral
health for older adults
Facilitate treatment team meetings and ensure compliant
documentation within prescribed timelines
Required Qualifications
Licensed in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state
(e.g., LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
