Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Rural and Appalachian
Healthcare Extension Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies and efficiencies for
the Rural and Appalachian Healthcare Extension
Oversee relationships with strategic planning, marketing, and
research while supervising administrative support
Coordinate reporting, budget support, and quality improvement
initiatives in collaboration with internal and external
partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health administration, business, or a related
field; master's degree preferred
Two years of progressive healthcare experience required
Experience working with Rural/Appalachian communities and building
relationships with community partners
Preferred Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification and project
management experience
Ability to manage operations and supervise a team effectively
