(ABA)Overview We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Program Manager
to provide evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
spectrum disorders. Our mission is to improve independence and
quality of life for clients and their families, and we're looking
for professionals who share this passion. This role serves as the
onsite case supervisor and clinical leader , responsible for
managing cases, overseeing clinical programs, supervising Behavior
Interventionists (BIs), and training caregivers. Compensation &
Bonus Hourly Pay: $26-$32 per hour Sign-On Bonus: $750 Key
Responsibilities Serve as the onsite case supervisor and clinical
lead Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programs
Supervise and mentor Behavior Interventionists (BIs) Provide
education and training to caregivers and families Ensure
high-quality clinical care and program fidelity Manage
documentation and case oversight Travel 30-60 miles per day as
needed Supervise sessions between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (weekdays) and
occasionally on weekends Benefits Monthly performance bonuses

Master's degree in a related field 2 years of experience working in
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) settings Proven experience
supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians Hands-on experience
working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Strong clinical, ABA, and program management skills Excellent
communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to give and receive
constructive feedback Bilingual abilities are a plus Company
