We are seeking a fellowship-trained Pediatric Anesthesiologist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in California, starting Mar 30, 2026. This role involves caring for pediatric patients (excluding cardiac cases) with a flexible schedule of at least four 10-hour shifts per week and required pager call coverage. Job Details - Location: California - Start Date: Mar 30, 2026 - LOA: 120 days - Provider Type Needed: Pediatric Anesthesiologist - Schedule: Minimum 10-hour shifts per day, 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, flexible); pager call required for 2 days per week and 1 weekend call per month Responsibilities and Duties - Provide anesthesia care for pediatric patients, excluding cardiac cases - Oversee all aspects of pediatric anesthesia for a variety of procedures - Participate in pager call coverage as scheduled - Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and care management Additional Information - Fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesiology required - Board certification in Pediatric Anesthesiology required - Valid California medical license required - Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required Benefits - Strong compensation - Travel-related expenses covered - A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided - Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
