This department is part of Medical Imaging and therefore operates differently from traditional nursing units. /n /n - Partner with Radiologists, IR Techs, PAs and our NP /n - Work closely with leadership to implement changes /n - Ensure patient care remains top priority /n /n /n *New Hire Incentive of $4K and $3K Relocation if moving from 100 miles. /n /n /n /n * The following are not eligible for hiring incentives: /n • Internal candidates /n • Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago /n In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met: /n /n • Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter) /n • Must remain in original department/specialty /n • Must remain in original Job Title /n • Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter Requirements: /n /n - Minimum (3) years recent experience as an RN in the IR,Cath Lab, ICU and/or ED or procedural area where sedation is performed /n - Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English. /n - Must and have excellent interpersonal skills and must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors. /n - Current CA RN License. /n - Current BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association. /n - Registered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing. /n - NIHHS required within 30 days of hire /n /n Preferred: /n /n - Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. /n - minimum 3 years IR experience /n At Scripps Health, you will experience the pride, support and respect of an organization that has been repeatedly recognized as one of the nation’s Top 100 Places to Work. Position Pay Range: $61.91-$89.63/hour
