Comprehensive Benefits – Health, dental, vision, PTO, retirement plans What You’ll Do: Provide direct care to clients Implement behavior strategies using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Support skill development in communication, socialization, play, motor skills, self-help, and school readiness Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to create positive outcomes Maintain accurate documentation of progress and plans Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED Access to a mobile phone (for email) and basic internet (if working offsite) Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance with minimum 25/50k liability coverage Ability to travel to multiple locations Must pass a DOJ/FBI background check Current TB Test Work Environment & Physical Qualifications Support is provided in a variety of settings such as homes, schools, or clinics Ability to work in settings with moderate to loud noise levels Comfort working with individuals who may display a wide range of behaviors and needs Could include the following physical demands : significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling If you’re compassionate, motivated, and ready to make a difference—we’d love to meet you!
