At VCA Animal Hospitals Urgent Care-Laguna Niguel our Care Concierge plays a vital role in accomplishing our vision! The Care Concierge is the primary point of contact for a client during an Urgent Care visit, helping to set expectations and ensure goals are met prior to check out. This client service-based role serves as the liaison between a client and the medical team.Our Care Concierge sets the pace of our in-hospital experience! Successful Concierge's quickly establish credibility and trust with clients, can manage multiple processes of the client journey, and bring pace and enthusiasm.Our clients are appreciative there is a way for their pet to get the urgent care they need every day. Pet owners can join the virtual waiting room via the website and wait at home until they are notified via text to head into the hospital. This minimizes the wait time at the hospital and decreases the stress for the pet. The beautiful, well-designed lobby is where "coffee house meets spa" and provides unique spaces for pets and their owners. There are no ringing phones, slippery floors, loud noises or crowded waiting rooms. Full-and Part-time positions available. Hospital is open 7 days a week, 10am-8pm. One weekend day per week required.Compensation: The pay range for this position is $18.00-21.00 / hour.
