Job Description:
A company is looking for an ICS Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure a safe work environment and model the company culture
Act as the first line of support for the ICS team and manage
customer escalations
Monitor performance metrics and conduct quality assurance and
training activities
Required Qualifications and Education
3-5 years of experience in customer service and/or data entry
Experience with telephone systems and data processing
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
