Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Customer Service
Professional to support customers in managing their retirement
savings accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent service within the call center for customers'
retirement savings accounts
Educate customers on plan updates and process account changes as
directed
Participate in training and obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses
Required Qualifications
Availability to work a 40-hour week, including outside traditional
business hours
Associate's degree or higher and at least one year of customer
service experience, or two years of customer service experience
Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs
Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
Experience in financial services or call center environments is a
plus
