A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the
International Payroll Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy for delivering seamless global payroll
capabilities
Address core needs of payroll administrators to simplify payroll
processes
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance
payroll configuration and support
Required Qualifications
8+ years in product management, preferably in global payroll or HCM
platforms
Experience with aggregator-based models and third-party payroll
providers
Familiarity with payroll integration patterns and international
compliance regulations
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize
effectively
Proven track record of collaboration across engineering, legal, and
client-facing teams
