Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Recruiting Coordinator -
REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from interview to offer
through the start date
Coordinate and schedule all interviews and related logistics,
including travel and reimbursements
Oversee onboarding tasks and maintain requisition and candidate
data in Workday
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
experience preferred
7+ years in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition or a similar
coordinator role
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Workday
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote
environment
Must be comfortable working EST schedule and have a quiet remote
workspace
