Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior IT Recruiter for a 6-month
contract.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for IT and Business
Systems roles, including sourcing and interview facilitation
Lead talent acquisition efforts for IT, infrastructure, security,
and business systems teams, collaborating with HR and technical
leaders
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a
diverse pipeline of IT and systems talent
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, focusing on IT
and Business Systems hiring
Proven success in hiring for IT support, infrastructure,
network/security, and enterprise systems roles
Strong sourcing and networking skills to engage top IT and systems
talent
Analytical mindset with experience using recruiting data to inform
decisions
Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments is
preferred
