Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collaboration Technology Automation
Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure availability, performance, security, and scalability of
collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and
Dropbox
Develop and maintain custom scripts for task automation and manage
APIs, GitHub, and CI-CD Pipelines
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with collaboration platforms,
implementing corrective actions as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Collaboration Technology
Engineer supporting collaboration platforms
Hands-on experience in writing Python scripts and developing
APIs
Experience in migrating repetitive workflows to automated
solutions
Proficiency in writing Lambda functions in AWS and familiarity with
CI-CD pipelines
Relevant certifications in collaboration platforms are a plus
