Key Responsibilities
Create gameplay loops and progression systems aligned with
monetization strategies
Design and tune monetization features including gacha mechanics and
in-app purchases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize player
experiences and monetization systems
Required Qualifications
4+ years of professional experience in mobile game design with a
focus on F2P monetization
Extensive knowledge of monetization design strategies and live
service experience
Strong ability to build and manage virtual economies
Proficiency with player data analysis and A/B testing
methodologies
Passion for creating player-first experiences that are
monetization-positive
