Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to support Afloat Training Group Pacific (ATGPAC) as an Air Intercept Controller (AIC) . The ideal candidate has a strong background in Air Warfare and Tactical Data Links, ideally with operational experience in both areas. Experience in scenario development and the use of systems like JSAF, MARCI, and Tactical Voice/Data Communications is crucial. ATGPAC is tasked with training and certifying all Pacific Fleet ships to ensure they meet evolving standards for naval and joint combat operations. This requires a dynamic, flexible approach to training, with ATGPAC delivering both in-person and distributed training across a broad spectrum of maritime missions. Special focus is placed on training shipboard teams to independently maintain and enhance combat readiness throughout deployment cycles. Responsibilities may include but not limited to: Conduct computer-based simulations and Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) events in the ATGSD Battle Lab to enhance Pacific Fleet readiness Integrate live and synthetic training for ships and teams, including Final Battle Problems (FBP), Inport Training Exercises (MITE), and certification events Utilize Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE), Tactical Data Links (TDL), and the Mission Distribution System (MDS) to create realistic operational scenarios Collaborate with Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) to execute Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) Program events Support the Distributed Training Architecture (DTA) under the guidance of Commander, Pacific Fleet (CPF) Requirements: Qualifications : Current Level 5 Air Controller Possess U.S. Navy NEC W20A ( ASW/SUW Tactical Air Control ( ASTAC ) Leadership ) Three (3) years of scenario development / training experience and configuration / operation experience with one or more of the following systems: Modeling and Simulation Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF) Multi-System Automated Remote Control Interface (MARCI) Tactical Voice / Data Communications Five (5) years of ship Combat Systems experience, including configuration, operation, maintenance, and repair Experience in naval warfare operations or conducting training for naval warfare or equivalent joint experience Five (5) years of operational experience in Air Warfare Five (5) years of experience with Tactical Data Links , including systems such as LOS Link 11(A)/16(J), Satellite-J, and Link 16 Must attend NAWDC TOPGUN Ground School annually to maintain competency evaluation Security Clearance: Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance Prevailance, Inc. proudly supports veterans as a member of the V3 (Virginia Values Veterans) program and the Hire Vets initiative.
