Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Director, Global Head of
Commercial Legal.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of attorneys and legal
analysts
Engage in complex deals and collaborate with various teams to
implement initiatives
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of
commercial legal support
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10+ years as a practicing commercial attorney with
experience in complex agreements
Experience leading a globally distributed team at a SaaS
company
Strong managerial skills with a focus on performance and
relationship building
J.D. with strong academic credentials and a record of success as a
lawyer
Member in good standing of the bar and (if applicable) in-house
counsel registration
