Job Description:
A company is looking for a Temporary Senior Legal
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare full subpoena response packages and assist with document
requests
Support policy updates and assist attorneys with investigations and
corrective actions
Perform contract drafting and maintain agreements in the contract
lifecycle system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Health Care Administration,
Paralegal Studies, or related field
4+ years of legal assistant or paralegal experience, or Juris
Doctorate with 1+ years of experience
Experience in an academic or healthcare setting preferred
Proven performance in earlier legal roles
Strong knowledge of legal operations policies and procedures
