Location: Century City, Los Angeles, CA Compensation: $90 - $115
per hour Job Type: Full-time, Contract/Contract to Hire, Hybrid (3
Days Onsite) LHH is partnering with a well-respected law firm in
Century City seeking an experienced Staff Attorney to support the
firm's commercial real estate finance practice. This attorney will
work onsite three days per week and will handle a broad mix of real
estate finance and closing responsibilities. This is a temp-to-hire
opportunity with an urgent timeline. Responsibilities Draft,
review, and negotiate real estate finance documents, including loan
agreements and various transactional contracts. Conduct title and
survey review and identify key issues related to real estate
finance transactions. Support all aspects of commercial real estate
closings, including preparation of closing binders, coordinating
with parties, and ensuring documentation accuracy. Collaborate with
internal teams, lenders, and external partners to ensure compliance
with legal and transactional requirements. Assist with real estate
due diligence and transaction management. Must-Have Qualifications
Active California Bar license. 3 years of real estate finance
experience, preferably within a law firm or lending environment.
Proven experience with title and survey review. Strong background
drafting and negotiating loan documents and transactional
agreements. Prior experience handling closings and supporting deal
flow. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking
