A company is looking for an Employer Brand Specialist to enhance
its reputation as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams to create content and campaigns that promote
the employer brand
Develop and implement talent marketing campaigns to attract
potential candidates
Manage social media content and gather insights to align the
employer brand strategy with market trends
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in employer branding or talent attraction
Proven ability to create engaging content for social media
platforms
Technical proficiency in Canva, Asana, and MS Office; knowledge of
Hootsuite and WordPress is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a global team and manage tasks
in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work hybrid from Chicago or remotely within CST or
EST time zones
