Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate, Network Contracting to
join their Network team.
Key Responsibilities
Implement contracting strategies in partnership with Market Leaders
to align with network goals
Manage and negotiate contracts with healthcare providers, ensuring
compliance and favorable terms
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance to a team of
contracting specialists and supporting contract reviews
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in healthcare client management, consulting,
or provider contracting
2+ years of experience in provider network strategy development and
contract negotiation
1+ year of experience organizing large data sets such as claim
files and provider rosters
1+ year of experience conducting financial analyses and working
cross-functionally
