Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative
to handle patient billing inquiries and collection activities in a
remote call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming and make outbound calls regarding billing inquiries
and patient collections
Perform collection activities on outstanding patient balances and
offer payment arrangements as needed
Document all work performed and maintain communication with
patients regarding their inquiries and complaints
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of one year of experience in collections, customer service,
or business office roles
Solid knowledge of Revenue Cycle functions, including insurance
billing and collections
Proficiency in using personal computers and necessary software
applications
Ability to work independently within established guidelines
