Job Description:
A company is looking for an Edge Processing / Edge Computing
Expert.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in client-facing meetings to explain and defend
proposed edge computing architecture
Translate business needs into technical requirements and design
scalable, robust edge processing systems
Provide guidance on AI/ML model deployment at the edge and advise
on hardware/software selection for in-vehicle processing setups
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in projects involving edge computing or edge AI,
ideally in real-time data processing environments
Familiarity with embedded systems, on-vehicle computing, and sensor
data fusion
Solid understanding of machine learning for feature extraction from
imagery or LiDAR
Experience in automotive, GIS, or mapping technologies is a major
plus
Understanding of cloud-edge integration patterns
