Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join
their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze client questions and concerns, escalating issues as needed
to ensure client satisfaction
Provide client support services through timely responses to calls
and emails
Coordinate project onboarding/setup and maintain documentation for
payroll forms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of experience in software implementation or project
onboarding
Experience supporting accounting or business operations software is
a plus
Knowledge of production workflows and accounting basics is
advantageous
