Job Description:
A company is looking for a Leave Specialist to manage employee
leave programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
Key Responsibilities
Administer leave programs including FMLA, ADA, and company-specific
policies
Process leave requests and assist employees with documentation and
approvals
Provide guidance on leave policies and collaborate with other
departments to ensure compliance and smooth return-to-work
processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of multistate US HR professional experience in a
high-volume environment
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve HR issues
Data-driven mindset focused on improving response times and
employee experience
Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA or Zendesk is a plus
Familiarity with Slack and Google Workspace
