Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharma Support Services Specialist -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate referral management processes and communicate updates
with assigned program representatives
Engage with patients, providers, and assistance programs to ensure
contract obligations and patient satisfaction
Collect and report data according to program requirements and
assist in developing related SOPs and workflows
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in health insurance, specialty
pharmacy, or patient registration
Knowledge of insurance processes, such as Benefit Verifications and
Prior Authorization
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional
teams
