A company is looking for a Bilingual Medicaid Eligibility
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Contact former hospital patients to screen for Medicaid/State
Public Benefit eligibility
Complete and submit applications to relevant health departments and
follow up on determinations
Educate patients about the Affordable Care Act and assist with
navigating health plans
Qualifications and Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year experience in financial counseling or
medical insurance
Demonstrated understanding of state and federal programs
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Required computer skills, including data entry and proficiency in
MS Office applications
