A company is looking for a Contract Specialist - Strategic
Sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage contract drafting and negotiation strategies, ensuring
compliance with legal and network standards
Evaluate and execute contract summaries, ensuring accurate
representation and compliance with terms
Drive continuous improvement in supplier relationships and advocate
for diversity and sustainability in sourcing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Business, or equivalent
experience
5 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation
5 years of project management experience in a cross-functional
environment
Strong understanding of technical, business, legal, and commercial
concepts
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix
organization
