Job Description:
A company is looking for an NDA Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate non-disclosure agreements (NDA) while ensuring
compliance with legal and business requirements
Manage multiple contract priorities and produce required NDA
documents on time and with quality
Communicate risks and explain NDA language to sales and business
partners, and participate in special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in health care insurance with proficiency in
business operations
2+ years of experience negotiating contract documents
Ability to produce a high volume of documents under tight
deadlines
Demonstrated project management and teamwork skills
Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions
