Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Enrollment
Specialist with Upselling (English/Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for patient program enrollment
via a smartphone app
Conduct outbound calls to program-eligible patients and convert
those calls into enrollments
Create exceptional patient enrollment experiences and share
insights with peers
Required Qualifications
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Experience with customer support, conducting outbound calls, or
converting sales leads
Strong communication skills to build relationships and navigate
challenges
Tech-savvy with multitasking abilities across different systems
Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and ability to work
independently
